She came prepared and shared with me the neighborhood statistic, news of the real estate market and facts on how to price the property. She sold the house within the first week. Christina helped me find and negotiate the purchase of a townhome in 2006. Because I was a first-time buyer, she explained the process in full detail from start to finish. She worked with me over the course of about 6 months, taking me to a few dozen townhomes. She fought diligently to negotiate a place that I ended up backing out of for my own reasons. When I did find the right place, she and I both knew it, and she helped me get it, although it took a few rounds of niggling over the offers and counters.

We saw it all together, from the playboy bachelor pad to the extreme fixer upper. Even when it seemed like the right place would never show up, Christina kept me laughing and optimistic. Even when I took a break from searching for two months, she was right there to start back up again when I said I was ready. When I didn't know what to look for, she pointed me to the flaws I needed to see and to the possible options I didn't know about. She called things as she saw them, and I learned a great deal from her. Christina loves her work, which resulted in an enjoyable and beneficial situation for me as her client.

Christina made buying our 1st home a very pleasant experience by patiently explaining things and checking in on me frequently. She explained the process step-by-step and was there through everything. The first time we met with Christina she was prepared and very organized. She thoroughly put together a marketing plan and how she was going to sell our condo. She honestly told us what our advantages and disadvantages were. During the showings she gave us feedback in ample time. The most impressive thing about Christina is that she is ALWAYS available via her cell phone. If she is with another client, she will immediately call you back after she is done with that client. I felt that she was always looking out for our best interest. She is very savvy and assertively aggressive when it comes to selling your home. She defies what the typical real estate agent represents and is always, always on time.
